Parenting can be tough especially when past experiences and trauma shape how we relate to our kids. This class is designated to give parents and caregivers practical tools for creating supportive, respectful, and resilient family relationships.

In this class you will learn to:

  • Understand how trauma affects behavior and development
  • Use empathy, structure, and consistent discipline to guide children
  • Improve parent/child communication
  • Foster mutual respect and healthy boundaries
  • Recognize how your own childhood experiences influence your parenting

This program includes 4 classes and each class is about 2 hours in length. The cost for all 4 classes is $25/person. Dates, times, and location for these classes are to be determined (upon participation).
